Simple, clear terms.
Is A$99 a subscription?
No. It is one payment for the personal setup package and the included first year of KinAfar. It does not automatically renew as an A$99 service.
What happens after payment?
We will email the address used at checkout within one business day to arrange the 45–60 minute online setup session.
Is this unlimited tech support?
No. The 30-day follow-up is limited to helping your family complete the KinAfar setup and become comfortable using it. It is not 24/7 or unlimited general technology support.
Who is the membership for?
One setup place and one membership are prepared for one parent, grandparent or loved one. The adult child or the older adult can make the payment.
What happens after the included year?
Before the included year ends, we will let the payer know what self-serve renewal options are available. There is no automatic renewal from this one-time A$99 checkout.
